Essmueller -"HF" Hi-Flite Incline Conveyor

Designed to carry a maximum volume of material within the available trough structure. Unlike en-masse conveyors of similar size, the HF unit can elevate to 45° (60° some materials).
   An internal divider plate above the material, and flites of equal height to the material depth, enclose the material into a solid column, which cannot cascade back down the incline.
   The Hi-Flite Inlet is especially designed to limit the amount of material which is admitted into the trough.
   Sizes are available with capacities up to 18,500 BPH or 23,015 CFH. For higher capacities use Heavy High-Flite incline conveyor. A reverse-incline bend section is usually required if the head section is above a 45° incline at the discharge.
